Terms of use

These terms apply to every course, session, video, quiz, document and other material on this site ("the materials"), presented by Four Seasons Therapy & Wellness LLC and its instructors ("the Provider"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course or opening the materials, you ("the Client") agree to them.

1. No recording or capture

The Client shall not audio record, video record, photograph, screenshot, screen-record, livestream, or otherwise capture or reproduce any session or any of the materials, in whole or in part, by any means.

2. No republishing, distribution or resale

The Client shall not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any session or materials, or use them to create derivative training products, without the presenting Provider's prior written consent.

3. No use with artificial intelligence

The Client shall not upload, feed, paste or otherwise provide any session or materials, in whole or in part, to any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system, including to train, fine-tune, prompt, summarise, transcribe or generate derivative content, without the presenting Provider's prior written consent.

4. Personal, non-transferable access

Access is licensed to the enrolled Client alone. Accounts, logins and certificates may not be shared, lent or transferred. The materials carry identifying marks.

5. Not directions for patient care

Nothing presented during the curriculum should be interpreted as directing patient care for any specific patient. The materials are educational materials for licensed clinicians. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician, within their licence, scope of practice and applicable law.

6. Certificates

A certificate names the hours of instruction and, when the Client's professional licence type and number were on file when it was issued, the licence it was earned under. The Provider does not claim continuing-education approval it does not hold. Whether a licensing board accepts a certificate is the board's decision, not the Provider's.

7. Consent and contact

Requests for written consent under these terms go to the Provider through the contact details on the main website.
